We take the protection of personal data seriously. In this policy you will find out for what purpose, for what reason and in what way we process your Personal Data. You will also find information on rights in relation to the protection of Personal Data.

In order to make the text clearer and your reading easier, we will use some definitions in this Privacy Policy:

  • E-shop: an online shop operated by the Controller, available at our website;

They concern, for example, what your ethnic origin is, what your sexual orientation is, whether you are in a trade union or how your health is and what your faith is. We do not process this Personal Data.

We process your Personal Data only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data were collected and when processing we comply with security, technical and organizational rules. The Processing is automated, but we do not perform profiling. The specific purposes of Processing and the categories of Personal data that we process for individual purposes are explained in detail in the following section.

  • → Cookies and IP address, activity data (including information about your device or operating system)

  • → Login to the user account and behavior within the user account (especially information filled in by the User in the user account, purchase history, registration time, date of last profile update)

Special categories of Personal Data. We do not process any sensitive Personal Data about you.

3. WHEN DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA AND HOW?

If you are a user of our website, our customer or you are interested in becoming a member of our team we process your Personal data. We process your Personal Data only for the necessary time, but its duration may vary with respect to the relevant legislation applicable in the place where we provide you with our Services. Data on the duration of processing are therefore only indicative.

A. USERS OF OUR WEBSITE

If you visit our Website, we process Your Personal Data for the purposes stated in this table. In case of interest, you can subscribe to receive commercial communications or similar promotional materials prepared for potential customers of our products through the Website or via email. Some process data only for the duration of the session (visit), some for a longer period.
Communication with customer support, inquiries, and complaints. By submitting a query, you express your consent to the processing of Personal Data for the purpose of addressing the query. first name, last name, telephone number, email address, other Personal data that you share with us. In order to process the inquiry, we process the Personal Data that is necessary to process it. Communication takes place by phone, e-mail, or directly on our website. Closed inquiries are regularly deleted, no later than 3.5 years after the question was asked.
Commercial communication (direct marketing). You have subscribed to the newsletter. If you no longer want to receive it, you can unsubscribe through the link in the footer of the e-mail or you can unsubscribe from receiving commercial text messages. First name, last name, telephone number and email address. We send out a newsletter both in the form of an email or a text message in which we inform you about our services and news. The data will be processed for a period of 5 years from the last active viewing of the newsletter, unless you unsubscribe earlier. If you only unsubscribe from the SMS newsletter, we will send you commercial communications via email only. If you do not wish to receive the newsletter via email either, you have the option to unsubscribe using the footer of each email or contact us, and we will arrange it accordingly.

If you create a user account with us, we will process your personal data to the extent necessary for the purpose of managing your user account and processing orders. If you are interested, you can subscribe to receive commercial communications or similar promotional materials prepared for existing customers through the Website or via email.

Order Processing. In order to purchase goods from our e-shop, you need to go through the order process. By completing the order, a contract is concluded between us. This constitutes the fulfillment of the contract. During the order process, you provide your name, surname, email, phone number, contact and delivery address, billing information, and optionally, notes. You provide these details either during the registration for a user account or during the order process. The data is processed for the duration of the contract or until its transfer and subsequently for a period of 4 years after the contract's termination.
Complaints procedure. For the purpose of handling a complaint, we will process certain personal data to fulfill our legal obligations and contractual obligations. Name, surname, email, phone number, details about the concluded contract, delivery, and necessary payment information. You provide these personal data to us for the purpose of purchasing goods from our e-shop, and we process the order and fulfill the legal or contractually defined obligations. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the customer's contractual relationship with us and subsequently for a period of 4 years after its termination.
User Account. If you create a user account, we will process your personal data to the necessary extent. We process personal data based on a concluded contract. The data provided during registration, especially your email and other contact details (as mentioned above). The extent of personal data processing may vary depending on the information you fill in your user account. You provide this data to us when creating a user account. We process your personal data for this purpose for the duration of the existence of your user account.
Communication with customer support, inquiries, and complaints. By submitting a query, you express your consent to the processing of Personal Data for the purpose of addressing the query. first name, last name, telephone number, email address, other Personal data that you share with us. In order to process the inquiry, we process the Personal Data that is necessary to process it. Communication takes place by phone, e-mail, or directly on our website. We organize contests. In order to evaluate, announce, and publish the winners on our Website and social media platforms, your participation in the contest signifies your consent. Name, surname, address, phone number, email address, or other details as specified in the contest terms. You voluntarily provide us with personal data when participating in contests on social media or our Website. The data is processed for a period of 5 years from the last conclusion of the contest, unless you withdraw your consent earlier - or a different period if specified differently in the contest terms.
Bookkeeping. Based on the concluded contract, you will pay us the purchase price of goods and delivery. We issue accounting and tax documents to you, which we subsequently archive and further work with for the purpose of proper accounting management and fulfilling legal obligations. Data on the invoice: name, surname, email address, billing address, or other user identification, and details of fulfillment according to the order. Data on the tax document: name, surname, email address, billing address, or other user identification, and details of the ordered goods. After entering payment information in the profile, we store this data to create an invoice. We fulfill a legal obligation. By law, we are obligated to archive accounting documents and records (invoices) for a period of 5 years starting from the end of the accounting period to which they relate. We also have an obligation to retain invoices for a period of 3 years from the end of the taxation period in which the tax liability related to the invoice arose. Additionally, we are required to archive tax documents for a period of 10 years from the end of the taxation period in which the performance took place.
Communication related to the Contract. This communication will be about new functionalities, planned shutdowns, changes of the pricing and more. First Name, last name, email address, billing address, or other identification of the User and details of performance under the Contract. We also process your Personal Data for the purpose of informing you about our contractual relationship. It may be about a change to the Terms of Service or the pricing. The data is processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for a period of 4 years after the end of the Contract.
Compliance with legal obligations. In certain cases, we have to process your Personal data in order to fulfill the obligations established by law. In particular, this Processing may include your first name, last name, email address, invoice data or other User identification. In this case, we process your Personal Data in order to comply with applicable legal regulations (fulfillment of a legal obligation). We process your Personal Data for the period specified by the relevant legal regulations.

C. JOB APPLICANTS

Why? Which data? How? How long?
Job offers. You can find currently available jobs on our website. Data from your CV that we received. First and last name, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address, link to a social media profile, information on former employment, education, interests, skills and certifications. We will take a look at the documents you send us and based on that we will contact you. We have a legitimate interest in keeping the Personal Data of job applicants for a period of 3 years. The reason is the possibility that we will have an interesting job offer for you later.

4. ON WHAT BASIS DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Lawful processing. We obtain and process all Personal Data in a lawful manner. We process Personal data:

  • based on your consent (e.g. when you subscribe to our newsletter),

  • for the purpose of fulfilling the Contract (when you order our goods),

  • for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation (e.g. in the case of an inspection of a supervisory authority), and

  • on the basis of our legitimate interest (e.g. if you are our customer, we can inform you about what is new with us).

5. CHILDREN AND MINORS

Our Service can be used by persons over the age of 16. In no case do we knowingly process Personal data of children and minors under this age limit. If we learn that we have received Personal Data from a child without parental consent or legal consent, we will take reasonable steps to remove that data as quickly as possible.

We have written this Privacy Policy in such a way that it is as clear as possible. However, if you are under the age of 18, you are a User of our website and these principles of personal data processing are not sufficiently understandable for you, contact us at info@olioclothing.com.

6. WHO ARE OUR PROCESSORS?

Processors. We only use verified Processors with whom we have a written agreement, and who provide us with at least the same guarantees as we provide to you. The data that Processors may process, including their purpose and legal basis for processing, has been outlined above. We are happy to provide you with details about the processors upon request.

How fast do we respond? We will respond within one week at the latest. If providing the information would compromise the privacy of others, or if providing it would be disproportionate to the risks or costs of providing it, we may not be able to comply. We may need to verify your identity in order to better process your request.

  • The right of access to personal data

    • You can request information on the purposes of processing, categories of personal data, recipients to whom they are disclosed, the duration of processing, the existence of the right to request the controller to exercise one of the rights listed below.

    • You can request a copy of the Personal data, but only in the event that the rights and freedoms of other persons will not be affected.

    • We may transfer the data that you have provided to us in a structured and machine-readable format to another controller at your request.

  • The right to object to the processing of personal data

    • If we process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (e.g. sending you a newsletter), you have the right to raise an objection.

    • It is up to us to prove our legitimate interest, if we cannot do so, we will stop this processing.

  • The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data

    • If you have changed your mind, please contact us. Processing for marketing and business purposes can be revoked at any time.

  • Automated individual decision-making including profiling

    • You have the right not to be the subject of any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which would have legal effects on you or similarly significantly affected you. However, we state that we do not make automated decisions without the influence of human judgment with legal effects for Users.
