Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Czech Republic) Standard shipping: 2–4 business days Express shipping: 1–2 business days Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

International Shipping We ship to selected countries across Europe and worldwide. International delivery typically takes 5–14 business days depending on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on orders over 70 EUR for Czechia, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Poland and Hungary.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@olioclothing.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
